Low foaming, low sulfur production over a broad temperature range. Cabernet, Red Varietals, Gamay Beaujolais, Zinfandel, Rhone, Burgundy, Pinot Noir. Temperature Range: 55-90 F. Alcohol Tolerance: 14%.
